Creators and photographers can hire out more than just the rooms for their creative projects, we have extensive, stunning grounds available for you to use for your shoots, private areas on our land for those more spicy pictures and added to the dungeons and playrooms you can also have access to our beautiful country farmhouse kitchen with its feature AGA.

Valentina's Domain
This is the premium dungeon room, the domain of the mistress of the house where you can live out your fantasies of desire, dominance and submission.
The room includes; Bed, Throne, Spanking Bench, Sex Swing, Cage & a multitude of toys.....
Estoban's Quarters
Mostly inhabited by our resident rope top and rigger, Estoban Corda, this room provides the opportunity to explore power exchange in a different kind of setting. Featuring an impressive bamboo A-frame the space has a calming but luxurious feel where you can immerse yourself in Shibari or other forms of rope play.
The GAMES ROOM
A spacious ground floor playroom with an array of exciting equipment for your wildest desires, this room contains a giant inglenook fireplace and gives a real medieval feel to your play space.
This room includes; Inquisitors cross, Trestle, Metal Stockade, Coffin, Wheel of misfortune, benches
Edonistica Suite
A huge open space to host events, workshops or entertain guests. The room boasts a large fire place with stove, wooden beams. comfy sofas, moveable seating and a surround sound system with mixer. With no neighbours it means the party keeps going as long as you can!
The Kitchen
A rustic farmhouse kitchen conjuring images of Country Life and containing a Full Range AGA and family table perfect for early 1900's themes and more
The Gardens, Orchards and Grounds
Stunning countryside containing well maintained lawns, orchards, gardens and coppice that provides outstanding outdoor settings and backdrops, all with the ever present 16th Century Manor House and the numerous other outdoor features.
The Entire Place
The entire house and grounds (almost) are available to rent for your photo shoots, this includes all play rooms, the entrance halls and corridors, kitchen and grounds.
However, this comes at a premium.
